1/16" Vinyl Coated Steel Cable
1/16 Steel Cable is made of 304 stainless steel
- Steel cable is made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring strength and durability. The cable bore OD is 1/16” (1.5mm), with a coated OD of 5/64” (2mm), providing strong weather resistance, making it waterproof and anti-rust.
- The vinyl-coated wire with a layer of PVC, smooth surface, and high polishing protects your hands from damage.
- Steel wire rope is 7x7 strands braided together, providing good flexibility and strength, ensuring it is more resistant to bending than other cables and more long-lasting.

Easy to Install and Remove
1/16 Steel Wire Rope and Turnbuckle Kit
- Begin by screwing the eye hooks into the posts at your desired locations.
- Pass the steel cable, fitted with thimbles, through the eye hooks or turnbuckle eyes
- Use Wire Rope Clamps to secure the crimping sleeves around the cable for a tight and reliable connection
- Use the M5 stainless steel turnbuckles with hook and eye to adjust the length to your needs, ensuring the wire rope tension remains secure and in place
- Recommend remove the coated when crimping wire and make wire are not easily falling off
Quick Guide to Installing Double Wire Rope Clamps
Step 1
Unscrew the wire rope clamp as shown in the picture.
Step 2
Shape the wire rope into a U, placing the outer curve into the groove. Press both ends of the wire rope down.
Step 3
Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the other side.
Place the washer and tighten with screws.
Step 4
Use a wrench to further secure the clamp.
