Shipping policy

When you purchase on Tootaci.com you are purchasing physical products that will be shipped to the address you specify during the checkout process. You will select your preferred shipping method, where applicable, as you checkout. The following shipping options are available. Please note that 'Days' refers to 'Business Days'.

Tootaci ships to the countries listed below. Tootaci does NOT ship orders to PO boxes.

(Please note that the shipping fee includes the transport cost from Tootaci to the customer but does not include customs clearance or any applicable local taxes or import dutes at destination.)

Shipping Time
Most items are estimated to ship within 3-5 business days from Tootaci. Business days exclude Sundays and Saturdays. This is the amount of time it takes to leave Tootaci. At this point you will receive an email with tracking information to get an estimate of delivery time. Usually it will take about 8-15 business days to delivery. Please note that transit time will take longer due to many factors(COVID-19 ,Busy season, etc). Please kindly understand the longer shipping term and sorry for keep you waiting. 

Delivery Address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Tootaci as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Tootaci, please contact Tootaci to make arrangements for reshipment.
